Gift Card Policy

Rejuvenate Med Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, the balance it may contain, or the tracking of available monetary amounts. Rejuvenate Med Spa does not permit the double discounting or combining of treatment discounts, offers, or promotions. BOGO gift cards cannot be used toward monthly specials or discounted items.

Clients are responsible for any charges that may be accrued over the dollar amount of the gift card balance on services rendered.

Clients understand that Rejuvenate Med Spa’s FREE discounted gift cards (noted as purple background colored gift cards) may only be used towards full prices services. These gift cards are not able to be used for purchase of Botox, Fillers, retail Skin Care products, medical weight loss, or microblading. Other restrictions may apply.

Gift cards are not valid for boutique purchases.
